Sr High Youth Pastor/Lead (Part-Time)

The Well desires to be a safe and engaging place for Youth and Young Adults to grow in their relationship with Christ and each other. To that end, the SR High Lead provides leadership to the Senior High youth (grades 9-12) and youth volunteer team. They also assist with the oversight and leadership to the equipping of parents as primary influencers of faith in the home, alongside the Jr High Youth Lead. The Sr High lead will work alongside the Jr High Lead to build/sustain a youth ministry that successfully supports the discipleship and growth of young people and their families.
