District Staff Retreat
This annual retreat is a time of relaxation, inspiration, and fellowship for licensed workers and their spouses. This informal District family event is designed to draw us together and spring us into the rest of the ministry year. District Staff Retreat is in beautiful Whistler annually in November!
One to One Retreats
Ministry life can be both exhilarating and challenging and the need for refreshing soul time with God is essential for sustainability. This retreat is designed to create an opportunity for you to “…come away by yourselves to a quiet place” (Mark 6:31).
We focus on both a reflective and practical experience for ongoing spiritual health. Please consider this 24 hours as a gift to enjoy and experience sacred space with God. Our time together will be facilitated by the Soul Formation Team.
Academy of Soul Formation
In today’s world of ministry, many leaders are discovering an acute need to deepen the care of their own soul in ways that lead to experiential union with Christ. Making this journey on the ‘being’ side allows them to enter the world of ‘doing’ with greater effectiveness and sustainability.
- becoming intentional about one’s own spiritual formation
- learning how to become a spiritual director or ‘soul friend’ for other leaders
- learning how to lead a church or organization toward intentional, holistic spiritual formation

Eagle Bay Camp
