Cobourg Alliance Church is a multi-generational church that exists to lead people into a life- changing relationship with Jesus Christ. We have a highly collaborative leadership environment with an imagination shaped by Ephesians 4:11-13 and a desire to grow locally and multiply regionally.
The leadership of Cobourg Alliance Church encourages continued growth and development in the lives of its entire staff. Staff are encouraged to attend conferences for personal development and ministry enhancement, and plan for development opportunities. These efforts reflect the high value we place on investing in the next generation.
In this critical season in the life of the church, we are looking for an energetic and optimistic individual with a passion for personal growth and a proven track record of developing the people around them. As the Family Pastor, this individual will join a dynamic staff team in reaching families throughout Northumberland County.
