Scarborough Community Alliance Church (ScommAC) is seeking a Children’s Ministry Director or Pastor who will be empowered to provide leadership and overall ministry direction for all aspects of Children’s Ministry. Currently, we have approximately 15-20 volunteers and 30 children in this growing ministry. In this position, you will be partnering with volunteers, leaders, staff members and parents to implement Children’s Ministry programs that disciple children and help families to live missionally in the community. This position will also include nurturing, training, communicating God’s Word, managing and initiating training and outreach initiatives. For the full-time worker, there will be administrative and pastoral duties.
